WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP!

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. However, you are responsible for any shipping costs.

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened products to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. If we find that the seal or weft has been tampered with and/or used (curled, dyed, product applied, etc) you will not receive a refund or exchange.
